The National Social Justice And Human Rights Commission (NSJHRC) issues membership-related materials, such as Membership ID cards and stationery items, to its registered members. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch and delivery of such items.


2. Applicability

  • This policy applies only to materials provided against membership fees (such as ID cards and stationery).
  • No other physical products are shipped under donations or voluntary contributions, as donations are strictly non-refundable and non-tangible in nature.

3. Processing & Dispatch

  • All membership-related shipments are processed only after successful confirmation of payment of the membership fee.
  • Processing time is generally 7–10 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
  • Once processed, items will be dispatched through a reliable courier or postal service.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time within India is 7–15 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal/courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • NSJHRC shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • NSJHRC may provide shipping of membership materials free of cost or charge a nominal shipping fee (if applicable).
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated at the time of membership registration.

6. Address & Delivery

  • Members must provide a complete and accurate postal address along with valid contact details at the time of registration.
  • NSJHRC will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address or recipient unavailability.
  • In such cases, re-dispatch (if applicable) may attract additional shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, NSJHRC ships membership materials only within India.
  • Requests for international shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to feasibility and additional charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that membership materials are lost or damaged during transit, members must notify NSJHRC within 7 days of delivery/non-delivery.
  • Replacement requests will be handled after verification, and re-dispatch may take additional processing time.
